Dolphin Feeding at Tin Can Bay
From Gympie follow Tin Can Bay Road to Norman Point public boat ramp at Tin Can Bay on the Cooloola Coast where you can feed wild dolphins in their natural environment. The dolphins arrive between 7am to 10am daily at Norman Point with regulated feeding from 8am.
Charges apply for fish.

Foreshore Bird Walk
Tin Can Bay is home to a truly wonderful variety of birds, even the keenest birdwatcher will be amazed at the variety of bird life in the area. The foreshore provides a range of habitats for an excellent birding experience. Stroll along the bird walk that stretches four kilometres along the Tin Can Bay foreshore, where 137 species of birds have been identified. A pair of binoculars and a good field guide of Australian birds will enhance your walk.

Tin Can Bay is the habitat for a unique collection of spectacular
native wildflower species. Wander through the informative
wildflower walk on the opposite side of the peninsula from the bird walk to view wildflowers year round.  The walk comes alive with colour in Spring and Summer when you can also view Vanilla Lillies, Helmet Orchids, Wallum Boronia and Spade Flowers.
